Payment: Payment is taken in advance of the treatment.

Cancellation: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment the full fee will be incurred. .

Refunds: There is a £15 administration fee for refunds. As the price of packages is discounted, the price for packages is only valid if the full package is taken. If a refund is requested part the way through the package then the cost of treatment already received will be calculated at the non-package price, and the balance will be refunded minus the £15 admin fee.

Lateness: If you are late for your appointment, the treatment will be curtailed to the time remaining for your appointment. In some situations, this may not leave enough to carry out the treatment safely, in which case you will forfeit the appointment and incur the full charge.
